Refund policy
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are also final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
