Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are also final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the items purchased, package size or weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once an order has been processed and shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
